Oleksandr Zinchenko Shares Celebration with Fans

The Gunners are on the march, and the title is within reach! And while there are a host of reasons why Arsenal is sitting pretty at the top of the Premier League table, one player, in particular, is endearing himself to the fans more and more with each passing week.

Oleksandr Zinchenko, the versatile Ukrainian international, has been a revelation since arriving at the Emirates Stadium from Manchester City in the summer of 2022. With a Premier League title-winning pedigree already under his belt, Zinchenko has helped propel Arsenal eight points clear at the top of the table this season.

But it's not just his on-field contributions that are winning over the Arsenal faithful.

As he drove through London following the game, the Ukrainian couldn't contain his excitement and had to share his passion with the fans.

Rolling down his window, Zinchenko let out a loud cheer, screaming 'Come on!' several times whilst pumping his fist in the air. The fans outside the bars and on the streets joined in, and it was a beautiful moment of unity between the players and the supporters.

What to Know About Zichenko

Zinchenko has been a key player for Arsenal this season, and his passion and energy are part of what makes him a fan favourite. He has already made 27 appearances for the club this season, scoring a vital goal in Arsenal's comeback win against Aston Villa last month.

The Ukrainian also wore the captain's armband for Arsenal's clash with Leicester City in February, marking the first anniversary of the conflict in Ukraine.

It's clear that Zinchenko is loving life in the Emirates, and his commitment to Gunner's cause is unwavering. As a boyhood Arsenal supporter, he understands what it means to wear the red and white of north London, and he's fully embraced the challenge of helping Arsenal win their first Premier League title since the legendary 'Invincibles' of 2003-04.

Before the celebration video, Zichenko wowed fans in a recent video released by Puma's 'control challenge.' The video showed the player effortlessly controlling three footballs fired out of a machine at speed.

His skill left fans in awe, with many describing his last touch as "ridiculous" and "a joke". Zinchenko's versatility has also been a valuable asset to the team, with him able to play in both defence and midfield.

Arsenal's Current Status

Arsenal fans will be hoping that Zinchenko and his teammates can continue to perform at such a high level for the remainder of the season. The club's title drought has been a long one, with their last Premier League triumph coming in 2004.

But with Arteta at the helm, and players like Zinchenko leading the charge, the Gunners are in with a chance. And if Sunday's celebrations are anything to go by, the fans will be with them every step of the way.

With just 10 games left to play, Arsenal is tantalizingly close to ending their long wait for the title. Their next outing sees them take on Leeds on April 1.
