“I have an amazing tribe that includes my Destiny's Child sisters, as well as Ciara and La La [Anthony]. It's truly heartwarming and exciting that we're all experiencing motherhood around the same time. We're growing together as mothers. I also have friends who are like family and have older children, providing me with valuable insights. I often ask them questions like, 'What should I expect from the age of 8? Or 9?'"
For Kelly, her 9-year-old son Titan might be following in her musical footsteps. She revealed that Titan is already displaying interest in pursuing a musical path, particularly after becoming enamored with a certain rising star.
"He has a major crush on Halle Bailey. He's watched The Little Mermaid more times than I can count, and even though I adore Halle, she's practically a part of our household at this point. Whenever she appears on screen, his face just lights up. I playfully asked him, 'Are you looking at her the same way you look at me?' I reminded him that I'm his number one girl, but I can't deny that Halle is truly beautiful. I suppose that's his first crush."
