Harry Kane Announces He is Expecting 4th Child

Football star Harry Kane is celebrating exciting news off the pitch as he announced that he and his wife, Katie Goodland, are expecting their fourth child. The couple already has two daughters, Ivy and Vivienne, and a son, Louis Harry, who was born in December 2020.

Harry and Kate's love story is one for the ages, and fans have been rooting for them since their childhood photo together resurfaced online. The couple met at school and have been inseparable ever since, with Harry often describing Kate as his "best friend."

The footballer has spoken about how lucky he is to have found his childhood sweetheart, and fans are delighted to see the couple's love story continue to blossom.

When the News Was Shared

Kane shared the happy news on social media, where he expressed his joy and shared pictures of himself and Katie with a positive pregnancy test and an ultrasound scan. Their children also got involved in the announcement, with Ivy and Vivienne guessing the sex of the baby and Louis humorously predicting a car.

Fans of the footballer were quick to offer their congratulations on social media, with many wishing the family all the best for their new arrival. Additionally, the Tottenham Hotspur Instagram account wrote "Congratulations," while former Spurs striker Robbie Keane sent his best wishes to the couple.

Kane's Football Status

The news comes in the middle of an already successful week for Kane on the field as he broke Wayne Rooney's all-time England goalscoring record and scored another goal in England's Euro 2024 qualifying match against Ukraine.

Despite his busy schedule, Kane will soon return to club football with Tottenham, where he still has a chance to win the Premier League Golden Boot. He currently has 21 goals, but he faces tough competition from Manchester City's Erling Haaland, who is seven goals ahead.

With his contract with Tottenham ending in 2024 though, many believe he may move to another club to have a better chance of winning silverware.

Former Spurs manager Tim Sherwood suggested Manchester United as a possible destination for Kane. However, Kane may prefer to stay in the Premier League, with the all-time league goals record of 260 goals held by Alan Shearer within his reach.

Eyes on Kane

In what could be one of the biggest transfer stories of the summer, Manchester United is preparing to make a move for Harry Kane. According to reports, the club's CEO Richard Arnold has given the green light for negotiations with Tottenham Hotspur to begin, and United is hoping to agree on an £80m deal for the striker.

Kane, who is also a target for Bayern Munich, Barcelona, and Chelsea, will reportedly be Erik ten Hag's number-one priority this summer.

The Dutchman believes that signing Kane would turn United into genuine title contender next season, and the club is not willing to wait until the end of the season to open negotiations.

Despite Tottenham's hopes that a new manager will convince Kane to stay, the striker is said to be keen on leaving the club to play more Champions League football and win trophies.
