Celebrities’ Roll Call in Guns & Gulaabs Screening

The much-awaited web series, "Guns and Gulaabs," is all geared up for its highly anticipated premiere on Netflix this weekend. This comedy-thriller is a trip back to the 1990s and boasts an amazing ensemble of actors in its lead roles, featuring Dulquer Salmaan, Rajkummar Rao, Gulshan Devaiah, and Adarsh Gourav. The series, directed by the renowned duo Raj and DK, had a glamorous preview event in Mumbai. The screening drew in not only the cast and crew but also several other well-known celebrities from the film industry.

Dulquer Salmaan, the popular pan-Indian actor who is about to make his debut on the digital platform with "Guns and Gulaabs," graced the glamorous screening event of the Netflix series accompanied by his stunning wife, Amaal Sufiya. Dulquer Salmaan, exuding his usual charm, sported a retro-patterned shirt that he tastefully paired with pristine white parallel trousers. Embracing the essence of the 90s, he donned tinted eyeglasses, a striking silver necklace, and stylish beige shoes. Meanwhile, Amaal looked enchanting in her green and black printed ensemble, modestly accessorized, and elevated by a pair of sleek black heels.

As for Rajkummar Rao, he radiated an effortless debonair aura, channeling strong vintage vibes through his black jacket adorned with white motifs. The accomplished National Award-winning actor perfected his ensemble with a black high-neck t-shirt, matching trousers, and polished black footwear.

Adarsh Gourav made a chic statement for the evening, selecting a refined brown suit coupled with a crisp white shirt. Meanwhile, the series' leading lady, Shreya Dhanwanthary, looked elegant in a bright red net saree paired with a matching sleeveless blouse. Her ensemble was tastefully adorned with chandelier earrings, and her wavy hair adorned with red roses added a touch of romance to her appearance.

Bhumi Pednekar, Huma Qureshi, and Richa Chadha added glamour to the screening event as they arrived in their finest party attire. Bhumi rocked a chic pantsuit, Huma opted for a stylish suit, and Richa Chadha brought a touch of summer with her charming dress.

The event witnessed the stylish arrivals of director Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, along with the remaining members of the star-studded cast, who collectively added a dash of glamor to the affair.

Regrettably, one of the show's renowned male leads, Gulshan Devaiah, was conspicuously absent from the event, his absence shrouded in mystery. Among the distinguished attendees were not only the Guns and Gulaabs ensemble but also a host of renowned celebrities, including Babil Khan, Huma Qureshi, Ishaan Khattar, and several others who graced the screening with their presence.

The upcoming Netflix series "Guns and Gulaabs," generating buzz through its enticing trailer, draws inspiration from the British TV hit, "Misfits of the World." Led by Rajkummar Rao, Dulquer Salmaan, Gulshan Devaiah, and Adarsh Gourav, the show directed by Raj and DK boasts an impressive ensemble including Satish Kaushik, Pooja Gor, Shreya Dhanwanthary, and more in key roles. The trailer of the show was unveiled earlier this month. Dulquer Salmaan while sharing the trailer on his Instagram feed, wrote, "Welcome to Gulaabgunj, where the grass is red and the gangsters are heroes! Guns & Gulaabs, streaming from Aug 18, only on Netflix."
