Al-Nassr Team Celebrates Cristiano Ronaldo's Birthday
February 5 marks Cristiano Ronaldo's 38th birthday, and social media posts showed the football star celebrating with plenty of cakes and loved ones. Recently, Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr teammates held their birthday celebration for the player.
Al Nassr Celebration
The football club recently shared a post featuring Ronaldo cutting a cake while surrounded by his teammates during a training session. The post was shared on Monday with the caption, “Ronaldo celebrates his first birthday in his new home. Happy Birthday to our Captain @Cristiano. Wishing you another year full of achievements.”
Since its release, the post has gained over five hundred thousand views so far. There are also over twenty thousand likes for the post and plenty of greetings from fans.
Before this celebration post, the club had posted birthday greetings for Ronaldo on their social media handles on Sunday. One post read, “Parabéns @cristiano! 🤩 Happy Birthday to The Best Ever.”
Ronaldo’s Party
During the weekend of his birthday, Ronaldo took to Instagram and shared photos from a celebration with friends and family. There were three photos posted featuring Ronado’s wife Georgina, son Cristiano Jr., and other close aides.
Some of the guests seen at Ronaldo’s birthday celebration were his oldest friends Miguel Paixao and Jose Semedo. Ronaldo also invited Madrid-based reporter Edu Aguirre and his wife, Julia Salmean, along with his new personal manager and agent, Ricky Regufe and personal wealth manager, Miguel Marques.
The photos featured the football superstar posing in front of a table laden with multiple birthday cakes. Another picture in the post showed Ronaldo seated with friends in the desert, complete with a roaring bonfire and traditional tents.
In the post, Ronaldo also wrote, “Thank you everyone for all the birthday messages. Grateful to have spent the day with my family and friends.”
Aside from Ronaldo’s post, his wife, Georgina Rodriguez also took to social media to post a loving message for Ronaldo’s birthday. “Happy days to the love of my life. In love with you and what we are together,” wrote the Argentine model.
Several other people shared their birthday greetings with the player including the Manchester United club and Antony, who briefly played with Ronaldo. The Manchester United player wrote in a Twitter post, “Reference!! Celebrate always!! You deserve! @Cristiano“
Before and After Ronaldo’s Birthday Celebration
Before his weekend party, Ronaldo's spot-kick rescued a 2-2 draw at Al Fateh after he failed to score in his first two games for Al-Nassr. The player made a post about the success that read, "Happy to have scored my first goal in the Saudi league and great effort by the whole team to achieve an important draw in a very difficult match!"
Following his birthday celebrations, Ronaldo will be next seen in action on Thursday against Al-Wehda in a Saudi Pro League match.
The Saudi Pro League is the top division of association football in the Saudi Arabian league system. The league started in August 2022, and so far, Al Nassr is 1st in the standings with 10 wins out of 15 matches and 34 points.
